We are looking for an Administrative Assistant in our office. The successful candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, efficient, and willing to help out wherever needed.
Position Details:
- Handling various clerical duties to keep the office going.
- Assisting production employees with various clerical issues.
- Data entry into Excel for daily reports.
- Data Entry into LumberTrack Inventory software.
- Checking in trucks.
- Completing the Bill of Ladings and Invoices.
- Inventory counts daily, weekly, and month-end.
- Filing paperwork daily.
Qualifications for Position:
- Minimum of 2 years of administrative experience.
- Positive, proactive, detail-oriented, and driven to succeed.
- Effective organization, planning, implementation, and follow-up skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and ability to work effectively in a highly interactive team environment.
- Experience with Microsoft Excel preferred.
- Hours are typically 40 hours/week, 6am - 4pm but may have start earlier at times.
